Reheating your order so it tastes freshly cooked

Soups: warm gently in a pot over low heat with a spoon of water. Microwaving splits the palm oil and dulls the flavour.
Swallow: wrap in a damp paper towel and microwave in thirty second bursts, kneading between each one until soft and stretchy again.
Rice: sprinkle a tablespoon of water over the rice, cover, and steam on low. It brings the grains back without drying the edges.
Small chops and fried items: five minutes in an air fryer or hot oven restores the crunch far better than a microwave.
